Belgrave Family Hub pilot terms

Effective date: 15 October 2026.

The Hub is a private household pilot available only to administrator-approved participants. This page does not offer public account registration or a paid service. Ask the administrator before submitting sensitive information or inviting anyone else. The current pilot is limited to the enrolled owner and synthetic integration tests.

Review proposed dates and corrections. The pilot may make parsing errors or be unavailable, and it is not an emergency service. A local saved record or a simulated calendar result is not proof of a Google calendar write. The interface must report a verified scratch-calendar result before it is treated as such.

The current pilot does not authorize primary-calendar writes, new participants or model processing. Those changes require administrator authorization and any necessary revised notices and consent. Protect account credentials, pairing material, private access links and the recovery key.

Google and WhatsApp integrations remain subject to their providers' applicable terms. Contact your household administrator for help or to stop participation. The Privacy policy explains the pilot's information practices.
